SYNERGY designs is a young and dynamic architecture firms in Jaipur, India. It was established in 2012 by Poonam and Kaushik, with 15 years of experience in the field of architecture and interior design. The duo has spent 6 years working in the UK before starting their own practice.
Our design philosophy allows us to create something special for each client and we deliver in the desired time frame. We process the client’s needs first from the basic facts of a brief to their hopes for the project, likes and dislikes, their passions and interests, and from this we develop a concept, which then takes shape and built form. We strive to remain a small firm so that we can serve our clients more intimately.
Our strengths come from a collective assimilation of
talent that possesses a unique level of exposure in hotel interiors, commercial architecture, hospitality architecture, office interiors and residential interiors.

Poonam Mandal
2006 - Master’s Degree in Interior Design with a specialization in Colour Psychology from Bournemouth University, UK.
2002 - B. Arch. (Honors) from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai.
Kaushik Mandal
2006 - Master’s Degree in Architectural Technology from University of Nottingham, UK.
2002 - Diploma in Architecture from D C Patel School of Architecture, APIED, Vallabh Vidya Nagar, Anand, Gujarat.

Architecture
The definition of architecture calls it “the art and science of designing and building structures, or large groups of structures, in keeping with aesthetic and functional criteria”. We believe that it extends well beyond that definition to something much more complex. We strive to create buildings and spaces that meet our client’s needs, develop a sense of community, and transform our environment.
Interior Design
Interior design is all about how we experience spaces. It’s a powerful, essential part of our daily lives and affects how we live, work, play, and even heal. Beyond selecting colors, lighting and furniture; we see our role as imagining how people will interact with and be affected by a space; and how we can enrich their time in it.
Master Planning
Master planning is about making the connection between buildings, social settings, and their surrounding environments. A successful Master Plan considers the many aspects of existing conditions such as, neighborhood, community, environment, and context, and responds to those complexities in a sophisticated design.
