Client wanted to build a landmark for destination weddings and events in the region. Overall planning and design was inspired by the rich cultural heritage buildings of Rajasthan.
Site (1,12,258 sq.m) was located on the edge of a hill-top plateau. His vision was to create a huge 12,000 sq.ft banquet facility. The Entrance Foyer took the guests towards the 3000 sq.ft Restaurant and Bar, SPA, gym and infinity pool with spectacular views of the Aravali range. And on the other side it was greeted by a massive 5000 sq.ft lawn based on the concept of Mughal Gardens.
40 nos. of Villa style Guest Rooms were planned on the quieter Southern side of the land wrapped around a water feature. Client had a vast antique collection of cars and scooters. He wanted to build a helipad within the project, so that his Guests could use his helicopter to make a larger than life statement.
